Biography<\/h4>\n

Dr. Neak Chandarith is a Member of Board of Directors at Cambodia Development Center.<\/p>\n

He is currently Head of Department of International Studies (DIS), Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL).<\/p>\n

He is also the founding director of Cambodia 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Research Centre at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He obtained his bachelor of education (TEFL) from FLC (IFL), RUPP, Master of Education (TESOL) from Latrobe University, Master of Political Science from Kobe University, and Ph.D. in Political Science from ANU. His research interests centre on Belt and Road Initiative, Mekong-Lancang Mechanism and state-society relations in Southeast Asia.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
