Biography<\/h4>\n

Panhavuth was an intern at Cambodia Development Center. Currently, he is a student at INTO City, University of London. He has recently graduated from a military school in Cambodia. He is fluent in Khmer and English and able to speak a little of French.<\/p>\n

In 2019, he was chosen to be a Cambodian representative to participate in SAFTI International Cadets\u2019 Conference in Singapore on the topic of counter terrorism. During his time at military school, he was appointed to a leadership position due to his outstanding performances physcially, mentally and academically. In the future, he is hoping to pursue higher education training as well as graduate degree to contribute back to the national peace, security and development of his country. As background in the military, he is interested in adventurous sport such as hiking and skydiving.<\/p>\n
