Biography<\/h4>\n

Mr. Hor Sithy is the Head of Administration and Finance at the Cambodia Development Center.<\/p>\n

Prior to this position, he was a program manager at KOTRA responsible for global business development program. He also used to work in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on ASEAN affairs and higher education aspects. In his career, he has managed various projects such as strengthening of global value chain and economic cooperation among CLMV, global business development program, and cyberspace series.<\/p>\n

Besides his professional career, he has also actively involved in voluntary activity. He was a Head of Social Affairs Committee for the 7th mandate of SSEAYP International Cambodia (2017-2019), Head of Media and Public Relations of International Youth Educational and Cultural Festival 2018, and Airport Team Leader of World Economic Forum 2017.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hor Sithy is currently pursuing his Master Degree in International Affairs, as a Swedish Institute Scholarship recipient, at Linnaeus University, Sweden. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
