Biography

Dr. Sarapech holds a PhD degree of Public Law at University Nice Sophia Antipolis.

He obtained dual Master degrees of International Business law from Royal University of Law and Economic (RULES) and University of Paris II in 2012, along with Master of International and European Law from University Nice Sophia Antipolis, France in 2013.  He also worked as a Corporate Secretary in a microfinance Company, assistant to the Director General in Ministry of Tourism, Lecturer in a Law Faculty and part-time legal Adviser to a Law Office in Phnom Penh.

His research interests are Relations between International Law and Cambodian Law, Democracy, Law enforcement, Education.
