Biography

H.E. Ros Salin is a Member of Board of Directors at Cambodia Development Center. H.E ROS Salin began his professional life in 2004, after graduating from France, as lecturer in Universities. He holds Master Degree in Economics and MBA specializing in Human Resources Management. He did the research for PhD. Program in economics in France.

During 2004 to 2005, he quickly established himself as a lecturer and consultant, to public institutions, embassy, private companies and NGOs, in the field of economics, business and development. In 2005, he began his life in public services in education sector, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. One year later, He moved to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (deputy chief office of budgeting) and was member of the secretariat general of the Supreme National Economic Council. In 2008, he was appointed to be director of Aid Policy Department, in charge of official development assistance, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). From 2011 to 2013, he has involved in policy making in the field of international development and was assistant to Minister of tourism. Since 2015, he was promoted to be advisor of the Supreme National Economic Council, in charge of the policy on education and vocational training. From 2013 to 2018, he was director of cabinet of Minister of education, youth and sport and Spokesperson of the Ministry. Since that time, he actively participates in the process of the reform in the field of education, youth and sport, led by Minister of Education, Youth and Sport. He also serves as Cambodia SOCA Leader (Senior Officials Meeting for the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community).

Since 2018, he was promoted to be advisor to the President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia. During his career, he has dedicated his life to provide opportunities for growth and improving the life quality of others. He is a living demonstration of what is possible with hard work, perseverance and dedication to a cause. He has showed strong commitment in making reform success and has dedicated his life to making the Cambodian youth and children a better life through the education and development. He contributes his thoughts and wisdom among youth for their personal development.
As the speaker and researcher, he dedicates himself to helping the youth for the progress, achievement and prospects for future.
