Biography

Visal is a Research Fellow at CD-Center.

Tan Monivisal started his first internship as a Project Assistant at Cambodia Development Center in 2017 and was promoted to Program Officer in 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has also involved with research and publication activity of the Center. His publications include “The Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0” and “Why Digital Literacy Matters”. In addition, Monivisal has participated as a Cambodian delegate in several international programs such as “ASEAN Youth Representatives in Experiencing the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy 2018”, “ASEAN-India Youth Summit 2019”, and “Cambodia New and Young Leadership Program 2019”.
