Junior Researcher

Biography

Phallyka is a Research Fellow at CD-Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Department of International Studies, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She is currently pursuing a Master Degree in International Security Policy at Université Catholique de Lille in France.

Prior to her continued study in France, she was an Intern and a Policy Development Coordinator at CD-Center. Her publications are special about EBA including “Getting To Know Everything But Arms” and co-author of “Cambodia And The EA: What Is At Stake?”.
