Applicants for Junior Research Fellows must meet the following requirements to be able to apply for the Program:
- Hold a Bachelor or Master degree of Social Science, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, International Development or related fields of study;
- Must be a resident in Cambodia at the time of the Program;
- Be able to come to the follow-up meeting with the Organizer whenever there is a call for one;
- Experienced researchers with a minimum of 2 years of experience and proven academic background;
- Have at least 1 publication in the last 2 years;
- Not a recipient of any other research fellowships at the time of application. If found otherwise, the fellowship award will then be voided and termination will take effect immediately;
- Have an exceptional background/interests in any of the following fields: Social Science, Economics, Politics, International Relations, International Development or related fields of study.

Applicants for Senior Research Fellows must meet the following requirements to be able to apply for the Program:
- Holds a Master or Doctoral degree of Social Science, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, International Development or related fields of study;
- Must be a resident in Cambodia at the time of the Program;
- Be able to come to the follow-up meeting with the Organizer whenever there is a call for one;
- Experienced researchers with a minimum of 5 years of experience and proven academic background;
- Have at least 3 publications in the last 5 years;
- Not a recipient of any other research fellowships at the time of application. If found otherwise, the fellowship award will then be voided and termination will take effect immediately;
- Have an exceptional background/interests in any of the following fields: Social Science, Economics, Politics, International Relations, International Development or related fields of study.

How to apply?
- Download the application from CD-Center’s Facebook page. The application form shall include the following information:
- Personal information of the applicant; And additional documents including:
- A motivation letter with no more than 2 pages;
- An updated resume;
- A copy of national identification card;
- A copy of diploma proving the academic background;
- Consent form about Publishing Terms of References;
- Consent form about Terms and Conditions of the Program.
Upon completion of the application form, the applicants must send the form, along with other required documents as suggested in the form, to [email protected].
- For Research Fellows based on project, Cambodia Development Center reserves exclusive rights to offer this opportunity directly without going through the selection process but upon a concerted decision of the Executive Committee and a thorough review of the candidate’s profile and work.
