Biography

H.E. Dr. Som Ratana is a Member of Board of Directors at Cambodia Development Center.

He is currently serves as the Under Secretary of State at the Ministry Education Youth and Sport, and an Advisor to the president of National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Since 2013, he has been serving as head of the public relations team for Angkor Sankranta. In his professional path, Ratana has been teaching Media Law and Ethics, Public Relations, Political Communication etc. at the Department of Media and Communication where he later headed from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, he served as a Vice Rector of Royal University of Phnom Penh. Under Erasmus Plus grant, he earned his Ph.D. in Management from Lucian Blaga University, Romania.
