In this connection, while much effort has been made to spur the development in the digital sector, it is important to recognize the role of digital literacy as it is one of necessary component to build a digital economy and digital society
This aide-memoire will provide definitions of digital literacy and briefly explain its significance for citizens as well as the development of a digital economy.
