Biography

H.E. Dav Ansan is the Executive Director of the Cambodia Development Center.

Currently, he also serves as the Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Head of the International Relations Department at the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and a member of the Central Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC).

He is at the same time self-employed as a Vice-President of Notary Public Sethavitou of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in his legal profession, after serving as legal officer at the Trial Chamber of the Extraordinary Chamber in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).

He holds a Master’s Degree in Policy Economics from the Center for Development Economics, Williams College, the U.S. in 2009, and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Royal Academy of Cambodia in 2003. He graduated with from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and from National University of Management in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
