This program aims at building and strengthening capacity of CD-Center staffs and interns through relevant skill sets and acquaintance of knowledge essential for employ-ability. Besides offering a set of hard skill and soft skill, the training is purposed to give an overview from various perspectives, especially on the critical examination of historical development and contemporary international politics. The training will also provide the opportunity, especially for CD-Center Staffs to receive external training as necessary for performing his/her function. The following topics will be covered.
