Biography

Mr. Leng Sokchea is the Program Manager at Cambodia Development Center.

Currently, he also serves as the Deputy Head of International Relations Department at the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia.

In his academic career, he is the lecturer of political science and international relations at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, Paragon International University and the Department of Media and Communication, Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Mr. Leng Sokchea graduated his Master’s Degree in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) under the Chevening Scholarship program by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom.
