Biography

Mr. Sokhan Darapy is the Deputy Director of the Cambodia Development Center.

He is currently an assistant to the Chairperson of Commission on Health, Social Affairs, Veteran, Labor, Vocational Training and Women Affairs. He is also the Deputy Head of Public Relations Unit for the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia. Prior to joining CD-Center, he served as first vice president of Salatraju Association from 2014 to 2018.

After completion of the Bachelor of Law in French at the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2010, Mr. Sokhan Darapy went on to pursue the Master’s Degree in Territorial and Enterprise Management focusing on “EU-Asian Economic Relations” of Université Rennes II and Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam. He then studied another LLM International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom. Besides his specialization, he is interested in public law, political institutions, international relations, and political economy.
